By accessing the AstroNow Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OWA SOLUTIONS - FZCO. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

AstroNow is a digital platform connecting users with psychic readers for live consultations via real-time chat and phone calls.

• Live one-on-one psychic consultation sessions (chat and phone)
• Psychic reader profiles with specialties, ratings, and availability status
• Prepaid credit system for session billing
• Session history and conversation archives
• Personalized psychic reader recommendations

All services are for entertainment and personal guidance purposes only. Psychic readings are not a substitute for professional advice.

To access our services, you must create an account.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accurate information: Provide truthful, accurate information.
• Account security: Maintain the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per person: Only one active account per user.
• Account non-transferability: Your account is personal and may not be transferred.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

AstroNow operates on a prepaid credit system.

a) Purchasing credits:

• Credits are purchased through prepaid credit packs.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in your regional currency.
• Credits are added immediately upon successful payment.

b) Per-second billing:

• Consultations are billed on a per-second basis.
• The per-second rate is displayed on each psychic's profile.
• Your credit balance is deducted in real time.

c) Fair billing system:

• Our platform includes an automatic pause system.
• If the client is inactive for 60 seconds, billing is paused.
• If the psychic is inactive for 80 seconds, billing is paused.
• You will be notified when billing is paused or resumed.

d) Free trial:

• New users receive a free trial of 3 minutes for their first session.
• The free trial is limited to one per user account.
• After the trial, standard per-second billing applies.

e) No refunds on unused credits:

• Purchased credits are non-refundable, except within 24 hours.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Upon account termination, remaining credits are forfeited.

Rules apply during consultation sessions.

a) Mutual respect:

• Both parties must treat each other with respect.
• Abusive language is prohibited.
• Either party can end a session at any time.

b) Billing pause rules:

• Client inactivity: 60 seconds triggers billing pause.
• Psychic inactivity: 80 seconds triggers billing pause.
• Billing resumes automatically when activity resumes.

c) Session duration cap:

• Sessions are capped at 2 hours (120 minutes).
• You will be notified approaching the cap.
• You may start a new session after a cool-down.

d) Right to end a session:

• You may end any session at any time.
• Psychic readers may also end a session if rules are violated.

Psychic readers operate under the following conditions:

• Independent contractors: not employees of the Company.
• Code of Ethics: Required to abide by AstroNow Code of Ethics.
• No guarantees on accuracy: No warranties on information provided.
• Entertainment purposes: For entertainment and personal guidance only.
• Vetting process: Qualifications and background are verified.

You agree not to use the Platform for prohibited activities.

• Minors: Allowing use by anyone under 18 years.
• Abuse and harassment: Engaging in threatening behavior.
• Illegal activity: Using the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Recording without consent: Capturing sessions without consent.
• Impersonation: Misrepresenting your identity.
• Interference: Disrupting the Platform.
• Automated access: Using bots or scrapers.
• Solicitation: Contacting psychics outside the platform.
• Resale: Reselling Platform services.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All content on AstroNow is owned by OWA SOLUTIONS - FZCO.

• The AstroNow name, logo, and trademarks
• Website and application design
• Source code, algorithms, and software architecture
• Text, images, icons, audio, and video content
• Marketing materials and promotional content

You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Entertainment only: Services are for entertainment purposes only.
• No professional advice: Not a substitute for licensed professional advice.
• No liability for decisions: Not liable for outcomes from psychic consultations.
• Service availability: No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
• Maximum liability: Limited to amount paid in 12 months prior.
• Exclusion of damages: Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair.

• 24-hour window: Request refunds within 24 hours of purchase.
• How to request: Contact support@askastronow.com with details.
• Case-by-case review: All requests reviewed individually.
• Credit refunds preferred: Issued as account credits when possible.
• Monetary refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days if approved.
• Technical issues: Contact support within 24 hours for credit replacement.
• No refund after 24 hours: Generally not eligible.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts.

• Violation of Terms: Any breach.
• Violation of law: Use connected to illegal activity.
• Harm to the Platform: Compromising security.
• Harm to others: Endangering users.
• Inactivity: 12+ months may result in deactivation.

Effect of termination: Right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Remaining credits forfeited.

Voluntary account closure: Contact us to close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Disputes shall be submitted to courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Before legal proceedings, contact us informally to resolve disputes.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

• The Last updated date will be revised.
• For material changes, we notify users 14 days in advance.
• Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.
• If you disagree, stop using the Platform.
